Turnaround Time
Turnaround time for most orders is twenty four to forty eight hours. Let us know if you need expedited service.

Terms
Payment is due when services are rendered. You will receive an invoice via PayPal when your reports are ready. When PayPal notifies us that payment has been made your reports will be sent to you in pdf format for instant online viewing, downloading and sharing.

Fees
We charge $100.00 for most full coverage searches, including searches for trustee's sales. We can accomplish most limited coverage searches for home equity homes for $50.00.
